How does the partner program work?

The program works in four steps, and you stay the merchant's contact in all of them.

StepYou doThe desk does
1. Sign upSend your company details and sign the partner agreementSets up your partner record
2. SubmitSend the application, statements, month to date and the stackConfirms the file is complete or lists what is missing
3. MatchAnswer any questions on the fileReads the file and sends it to funders whose box it fits
4. OffersPresent offers to your merchantCollects offers and stips and passes them to you in one view

Send the file with the stack disclosed. The desk replies from one thread.

Before you start

What does it cost to join?

Nothing is charged to submit a file. Ask the desk for broker pay terms in writing.

Does my merchant's credit get reviewed?

Ask how any credit review works before you sign. Each funder states its own process in its offer.

How fast do offers come back?

No timeline is promised. Funders set their own review time; a complete stack sheet cuts the back and forth.

Can I send a stacked file?

Yes, with every position disclosed. The desk only sends it to funders whose box takes that stack.

Which files fit the program?

The strongest fit is the file a single funder relationship struggles to place: 2nd and 3rd positions, consolidations, reverse consolidations and renewals where the first funder passed. Clean first-position files are welcome too. Files with altered statements, undisclosed positions or an owner who has not agreed to be shopped are declined at intake.

Submitting broker or referral partner: which fits you?

Both paths are planned under the same written agreement, with compensation set out in it. They differ in how much of the work you keep.

What will the partner portal do?

The portal is planned and not yet live. Until it launches, files go to the desk by email through the contact page and status comes back by reply. The tool tour below describes what the portal is being built to do.

A status board for each submitted file

Every file gets a row showing where it sits: received, missing items, in read, sent to funders, offers in, funded or closed. The row carries the date of each change.

Funder questions routed to the broker

When a funder asks for something, the question lands on your file row rather than going to the merchant. You answer or upload, and the desk forwards it.

Stip requests and documents

Stips appear as a checklist per offer. Uploading an item ticks it off, and the desk sees it at the same moment.

Audit trail of every submission

The portal keeps a record of which funders received the file and when. If a funder later claims the merchant came from elsewhere, the record is there for the conversation.

How is broker of record protected?

Broker of record is protected by how the desk works. We do not contact a submitted merchant around you, and every funder sees the submitting broker on the file. Written protection terms will be set in the partner agreement.

State rules for brokers vary. Texas, for example, describes registration for commercial sales-based financing brokers on the Texas OCCC page. This page does not say how any state rule applies to a given broker.

Questions brokers ask

Does the desk contact my merchant directly?

No. On a submitted file every merchant contact goes through you. If a merchant reaches the desk on their own, we point them back to their broker.

Is there a fee to join?

Any cost would be written into the partner agreement. You would see it there before signing anything.

How are brokers paid under the program?

Brokers are paid on funded files under the terms of the signed partner agreement. This page does not describe those terms.

Will submitting a file trigger a credit pull on my merchant?

Ask how any credit review works before you sign, and have the merchant ask too. Each funder sets its own process and consent form.

When will I hear back on a submitted file?

The desk replies once the file has been checked for missing items. Funders then answer on their own timelines, so no turnaround is promised.

Can I submit a merchant who already has two or three advances?

Yes, stacked files are the core of the program. Disclose every position with balances and pulls, and the file goes only to funders whose box takes that depth.

Next step

Ask for the partner packet through the contact page. The How It Works page shows how the same file looks from the merchant and funder sides.
